Excellent Support

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an excellent service, working proactively to have our platform up and running 100% successfully.  Our servers are hosted at a state-of-the-art data centre in London docklands and monitored 24x7 to ensure they are performing as they should be. We employ best-practice measures to ensure reliability and security supported by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.

From time to time if you or your users experience a problem or have questions regarding the service, these are often local issues such as network or firewall problems. But, whatever the cause, we are happy to provide you with all the assistance you need to resolve any problems.

Reporting problems to the support team

Before reporting problems to our support team, please complete these basic checks: -
  1. If a user has reported a problem, aim to replicate it yourself. If you cannot replicate the problem, go back to the user and get more information.
  2. Collect as much of the following information as possible from the user and pass it on to us: -  
  3. URL of site
  4. Username and actual name of user(s)
  5. Details of whether you can replicate the problem
  6. Any screenshots showing error messages etc.
  7. A detailed description of when the problem occurs. Please give us as much information as possible
  8. Check that pop-up or ad-blocking software is not enabled on the machine. Try turning it off and seeing if the problem still occurs
  9. Find out if all users or just one user is affected
  10. Once you have all this information, email helpdesk@course-source.net with the details
By following this procedure and emailing us with as much information as possible, we will be able to resolve your issues much quicker.
